The period for calculating the warranty period begins with the invoice date. The warranty is limited to the respective countries of sale.

Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods due to

- misuse or improper handling

- environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)

- non-observance of any safety precautions

- non-observance of the operating instructions

- use of force (e.g. impact, shock, falling)

- unauthorised repair attempts

- normal wear and tear

A claim under the guarantee requires that the guarantor is enabled to examine the guarantee claim by sending in the goods. Care must be taken to avoid damage in transit by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for a guarantee, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice of the consignment of goods. We ask for your understanding that we can refuse warranty service without enclosing this copy of the invoice. If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty will be processed free of charge for you.

Note

Existing statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this warranty promise.

If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore always contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty claim has been made or the warranty is being invoked.
