Clever solution for a relaxing summer
During the summer months, wasps can make it difficult to relax outdoors. Caution is required, especially for allergy sufferers. With the practical wasp trap from Windhager, an infestation of wasps can be quickly and easily detected and further measures can be taken.
It is very easy to use: dilute the enclosed wasp attractant with water in a ratio of 1:2, fill it into the trap and pull the extendable part of the lid upwards. The wasps can easily get inside the trap through the opening in the lid, but can no longer get out. Thanks to the transparent plastic, the success of the trap can be seen immediately. Replace the attractant after 6 weeks at the latest.
Good to know: The bee-friendly wasp attractant from Windhager does not attract the valuable beneficial insects. It is also available separately as a refill.
The Windhager wasp trap can easily be emptied, cleaned and reused. It can also easily be placed upright or hung in a suitable part of the garden, on the patio or balcony using the eyelet on the lid.
Windhager wasp attractant:
contents: 1 bottle of 125 ml
active substance: apple juice concentrate
hazard and safety information: Keep out of the reach of children. Dispose of contents/container to waste disposal according to national regulations
Are you interested in Flying insects?
Who does not know it – spring is finally here, but the warm temperatures are not the only thing coming back, so do all kinds of flying insects. As soon as you sit down at the table in the garden, the wasps come, attracted by food or drink. If you sit indoors, flies and mosquitoes buzz around you.
It’s a good thing that there are solutions for both indoors and outdoors to protect yourself from these insects! Light traps and fly swats help against many flying insects. A wasp nest dummy scares off wasps from the outset and various wasp and fly traps lure the insects away from the dining table. And since there are many useful insects, many of our traps, when used correctly, offer the opportunity to protect important insects such as bees and butterflies: for example, light traps should only be used indoors and a little vinegar should be added to wasp traps.
