Small trap with a huge effect
If you are enjoying a sunny day with a refreshing drink or an ice cream outdoors, wasps are usually not far. Flies are also reluctant to miss a meal in the garden, on the terrace or on the balcony. The insects are not only annoying, a wasp sting can also quickly become dangerous. This is where the Windhager fly and wasp trap comes into play. It saves your summer days outside. Practical side effect: Mosquitoes also get caught in the trap.
How it works
The wasp trap can easily be filled with a sweet liquid such as lemonade or apple juice. In this way, flies and wasps are attracted. If they get inside the trap, they cannot escape any more. The cone geometry prevents the insects from leaving the trap again. Always add a dash of vinegar to the liquid to protect bees and bumblebees from getting caught into the trap. The attractant should be renewed after 6 weeks at the latest. The plastic can be cleaned without any problems, then the trap can simply be refilled.
Tip
The Windhager wasp bait (03117) and fly bait (03114) are the ideal addition to the trap.
