The robust mouse and rat traps are made of PEFC-certified wood, therefore it is a durable and reusable quality product. The classic traps, which have been tried and tested for many years, attract mice or rats with the help of a non-toxic bait. If you step on the touch-sensitive rocker, the snap mechanism is triggered and the tensioned bow is immediately pushed forward by the powerful spring. In this way, the mice or rats are killed by a strong impact.
The classic traps are available in two different sizes. The traps in the smaller size are suitable for catching mice, while the larger model is required for rats.

How it works
As a bait for the trap, you can use a piece of chocolate or the Windhager food-based paste (item no.: 05058). Place the bait in the notch on the rocker, pull back the bow and attach the hook - the trap is ready to use. Always wear work gloves when setting it up, this will reduce the risk of injury from the highly-tensioned bow. After a mouse/rat enters the trap, the trap can be easily emptied and cleaned. If necessary, it is immediately ready for use again.
